1. Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our IPTV USA subscription. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve within 24 hours of activation, you are eligible for either a refund or a free extension of your IPTV subscription.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of subscription activation. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Insufficient internet speed (less than 10 Mbps for HD).
• Incompatible or unsupported devices.
• Refund requests made after 24 hours of activation.
• Issues caused by VPN/ISP throttling outside our control.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
